Shipping Policy

  • Our regular shipping method is via UPS standard delivery, Federal Express standard delivery or USPS Priority Mail Service.
  • Expedited service is also available for rush orders. Expedited service may be via UPS, FedEx or US Priority Mail.
  • All orders must be shipped to a street address; we cannot ship to a PO Box.
  • Items that are in stock will usually ship within 1-3 business days. Items that are not in stock will usually ship within 10-15 business days.
  • You will be notified by e-mail of any shipping delay over 15 business days.
  • Please notify us immediately if an item is required by a specific date so we can do our best to accommodate you. Please call 561-843-6042.

International Shipping

  • Contact us to discuss shipping an item to an address outside of the United States. An international purchase will need to take place over the phone, as our website does not provide an international shipping option. In addition to the shipping price we quote, additional import taxes, customs duties and fees may apply once the merchandise arrives in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for payment of any import taxes, customs duties and fees. Since we have no control over these additional amounts and cannot provide a prediction of what they may be.
  • For additional information, you can contact your local customs office. If customs clearance issues do arise, your package may be delayed longer than the estimated time of arrival that we provide.
  • International Orders are shipped by air, via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges of merchandise are accepted within 30 days after you receive the merchandise, subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact us before returning the item. Merchandise must be undamaged, unused, contain original box or packaging material and must include original packing slip.
  • Shipping, handling, gift wrapping and insurance charges are not refundable. Please ship your return prepaid and include the proper insurance and tracking, for your protection.
  • Credit card refunds are issued to the purchaser only, recipients of gifts are issued on-line store credit or exchange of merchandise.
  • DAMAGED MERCHANDISE must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. When merchandise is discovered damaged after opening, call us immediately to report damage. Keep original carton and all packing materials.
